The New Creative Journal
The Creative Journal is an innovative approach developed by Anne-Marie Jobin, art therapist based in Québec. Rooted in art therapy and wellness practices, this unique personal journaling method combines three creative languages: writing, drawing, and collage.
Designed as a gentle and accessible path to well-being and self-development, the Creative Journal invites you to explore your inner world in a playful, intuitive, and meaningful way. No artistic skills are required—this is not about being good at drawing or creating “beautiful” art. It’s about expression, reflection, and reconnecting with yourself.
By engaging multiple forms of expression, the Creative Journal helps deepen self-awareness, support emotional balance, and encourage personal growth in a safe and nurturing space.
I am certified in the Creative Journal approach, and if it is something you are interested in I can integrate this method into your individual counselling sessions as well as in group workshops, where it supports personal exploration, healing, and transformation.

This is a supportive and inspiring workshop designed to help you understand the creative journaling process and feel confident using it as a personal tool for reflection and expression. Whether you’re new to journaling or feel unsure how to begin, this session offers a gentle and accessible starting point.
You’ll explore a variety of creative journaling techniques — from writing prompts to visual and mixed-media approaches — learning how and why they work. Rather than focusing on perfection, this workshop encourages curiosity, play, and self-trust, helping you find a style that feels natural and meaningful to you.
Coming Home to Self -
This workshop is a gentle creative journaling workshop for anyone who feels disconnected, unsure of what they enjoy, or struggling to know how to truly feel good. If you’ve ever felt lost in understanding your emotions or uncertain about what “home” feels like within yourself, this space is for you.
